The links below provide you with the instructions on how to complete and submit a school meal application.
Parent, Staff and Student Surveys
If you would like to share your thoughts and provide feedback about our food service program please print and complete the following survey.
Please return this survey to your child’s individual school, OR drop it off at the Food Services District Office located outside Glacier Valley Elementary School Modular #2, OR mail it to: Juneau School District, Food Services Office, 10014 Crazy Horse Drive, Juneau, AK 99801.
School menu suggestions can be emailed to the Food Services Supervisor at adrianne_schwartz@jsd.k12.ak.us. We appreciate your feedback!
Payments
To make a payment on your child's account:
- Send a check or cash directly to your child's school,
- Give a check or cash to your child to present to the lunch cashier during meal service,
- For JDHS and TMHS ONLY, pay online at www.parentonline.net. (All other schools will have online payment capability beginning next school year 2012-13.)
On-line Payments: Online payments are also an option through your bank in a Bill Pay or Easy Pay format. Please contact your bank for further information.
