School Meal Applications and instructions
The links below provide you with the instructions on how to complete and submit a school meal application.
If you would like to share your thoughts and provide feedback about our food service program please print and complete the following survey.
Please return this survey to your child’s individual school, OR mail it to: Juneau School District, Food Services Office, 10014 Crazy Horse Drive, Juneau, AK 99801.
School menu suggestions can be emailed to the Food Services Supervisor at email@example.com. We appreciate your feedback!
To make a payment on your child's account:
Middle School -
High School -
All meal account credit balances are carried over from one school year to the next unless you request a refund. The Juneau School District automatically issues check refunds in the amount of $20 or higher if your child(ren)'s transfers out of the school district or graduates. If your child(ren) have a credit balance on his/her account in an amount less than $20, you may request a cash refund at your child(ren)'s school. Please contact the food services supervisor, Adrianne Schwartz, at 523-1763 for more information.
Low Balance Email Alert
As a parent/guardian, you have the opportunity to set up a low balance email alert so that you are given notice when your child's lunch account balance reaches a particular amount. You have control over this information - how often to receive the email alert, how low you would like your child's account to go before an email alert is sent to you, etc.
Please register at www.parentonline.net for this option. This website also gives you the opportunity to make a credit card payment on your child's account.
