The Juneau School District has completed a nationwide search for candidates for the Juneau-Douglas High School principal position. Finalists will visit the school on May 2 & 3. Resumes for the candidates are attached below.
The community is invited to meet the candidates at a Community Open House on Thursday, May 2, from 5:15 p.m. - 6:45 p.m. in the JDHS Library.
Public interviews will be held Friday, May 3 beginning at 1:30 p.m. in Room 206 at JDHS. An interview panel, which includes representatives from the school’s certified staff and classified staff, district administration and the Site Council, will conduct the interviews. Written public comment cards will be available at the open house and during the interviews. The panel will consider the public comments in their deliberations.
