Our 2024-2025 Registration information is ready to go. PLEASE read the HOW TO USE MY PROCARE document before beginning. This document also contains the CHILD EMERGENCY INFORMATION form which will need to be completed and returned to your RALLY site along with the signed registration page (print and sign this when you finish setting up MyProcare) and your child's updated immunization records.

Three items need to be handed in to your Preferred RALLY site or mailed/dropped off to the District Office:

YOUR STUDENT(S) WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO START AT RALLY UNTIL WE HAVE ALL THE FORMS LISTED BELOW.

1) Child Emergency Information - Form is required by state law

2) Printed and signed registration information from MyProcare- Form is required by state law

3) Updated Immunization records- Form is required by state law

The MyProcare program automatically enters your registration information into our data base. This opens up a parent portal which will allow you to pay RALLY fees directly from your portal. Eventually we will add the immunization records so parents can see which immunizations their child has and if any need to be updated. There is also an option to set schedules for the days that your child will attend. This option is not available to families yet, so please continue to use the Schedule Change forms to let us know if your child's attendance will be changing. NOTE: These forms MUST be received 10 RALLY days prior to the change taking effect. We can not guarantee space if this protocol is not followed and you will be billed at the higher of the two rates.

RALLY has been a part of family life here in Juneau for several decades either as RALLY or as Community Schools Latchkey Program. I recently found an article in a professional archive that referenced Latchkey as far back as 1984 and we were well established at that time! One thing I am certain of through all of RALLY’s history is that relationships are the main ingredient that creates a safe and welcoming environment for students to grow and thrive. This is why I am excited to give you RALLY’s new identity. RALLY now stands for “Relationships and Leadership, Learning for Youth”. This puts RALLY’s regard for relationships in the forefront, right where it should be. Relationships are important to all of us. Our relationship with ourselves, our family, and our friends; relationships with teachers, school, and the community. Of all of the learning that RALLY supports, relationships and its cousin leadership are core parts of our mission. It’s our relationships that help us grow and reach our potential. Welcome to RALLY!
