| This is the main entrance to Riverbend Elementary School. Buses unload to the left, parents drop off and pick up their children on the curved curb in front of the school. The staff, parent volunteers and visitors, and DARE officers park in the parking lot. The room you see with the stained glass windows is the library. The office is to the right just inside the main doors. Each school day our custodian, Rick, puts up the American flag with the help of students. However, the students are not allowed to raise it when it is supposed to be at half mast.
