About Mr. Ralston

Bill Ralston, a 1998 participant in the Fulbright Memorial Fund Teacher Program, is an English teacher at Juneau Douglas High School in Juneau, Alaska. He serves as the coordinator of his school's partnership activities with Hakusan High School of Yokohama, Japan.
