ALASKA SCHOOL IMMUNIZATION REQUIREMENTS

If you have questions regarding your child's immunization you should contact your physician or visit the the State of Alaska Immunization Program website.

Back to school immunizations are available on a sliding fee scale at the Juneau Public Health Center, 3412 Glacier Highway (across from the Twin Lakes parking lot). Call 456-3353 for an appointment. Please bring your child's immunization records to the appointment.

** Childhood immunizations will be available at the Back to School Fair at the Nugget Mall. The fair is August 18 from 11 am - 4 pm. **
