Montessori Borealis relies on the help of many people to keep our program strong. 

Below are some specific areas where we need some volunteer help, or some materials we'd like to have in the classroom.  Or, talk with your child's teacher and see what they might need some assistance with.

Hospitality Committee:  We need a couple of people to form a hospitality committee.  This might include welcoming families to potlucks, bringing plates and napkins, providing snacks for open houses, and generally helping out with social activites. 

Grant writer:  Chris wants someone to help write a grant (due 6/1) for funds to purchase materials to make outside flower boxes.

Beautification Committee:  We need a few people to help make our classrooms and building more beautiful.  Some of this work will be done over the summer, but there may be some that could be done sooner.

Summer Library Organizer:  We need someone to help finish organizing the library.  This might work best over the summer when classes aren't using the room, but can be worked around your schedule.

Talk with one of the teachers if you are able to help with any of these things.
