The Certified Staff Evaluation System Committee presents the New Certified Staff Evaluation System document. This system is the result of two years work to develop an evaluation process designed to encourage, guide, and support the collaborative work of teachers and administrators to improve instructional effectiveness and enhance student learning.

The new system moves our district forward on specific elements of the Highly Qualified Staff portion of our Strategic Plan:

     Initiative 6.  Study and practice leadership behaviors that are linked to increases in student achievement.

     Initiative 7.  Strengthen our human resources strategy with improved hiring, orientation, training, feedback and evaluation processes.
