District Office is located within Thunder Mountain Middle School at 3101 Dimond Park Loop. The entrance to District Office is located at the far end of the school closest to the track.

For the safety and security of our staff and students, it is required that you bring your staff badge and/or your state issued ID. Visitors will go through the Verkada Guest screening to get a printed visitor badge.

Employee Access Portal

The Employee Access Portal is for current employees with a JSD email address, to access past paystubs, leave balances, submit a new W4 and view prior year tax forms.

Your JSD email and password is used to login; upon your first login experience you'll be asked to verify your DOB, last four of your SSN and your zip code. Click this box to access the Employee Access Portal.

If you do not have a JSD email or you're a non-benefited employee, please use the Resident Access Portal.

Former Employee Access Portal

The Former Employee Access Portal is for current non-benefited employees and former employees who need to access paycheck information and tax documents.

To create an account, click anywhere on this box and you will be directed to a new webpage. Click FORMER EMPLOYEE ACCESS. You will be directed to a login page - click sign up at the very bottom of the login page to create an account - DO NOT USE Google, Apple, Microsoft or Facebook to login. After creating an account, you will verify your personal information to finalize your account set-up.

If you already have an account, click anywhere in this box and you will be directed to a new webpage. Click FORMER EMPLOYEE ACCESS and then you'll be directed to the login page. Use your email address and password you created for your portal.

Notice of Availability: 2025 1095-C Tax Form

This notice is to inform you that Form 1095-C, Employer-Provided Health Insurance Offer and Coverage, is available for download through the Employee Portal.

While this form is not required for tax purposes, you may request a paper copy by contacting payroll@juneauschools.org. A copy will be mailed to the address on file within 30 days of your request.
