Friday: 7:30AM to 1:00PM
The Help Desk is open for emergencies and classroom issues ONLY Fridays from 1:00PM to 5:00PM
The Information Technology (IT) Department provides support and management for all of the Juneau School District computer-based information systems. Thirteen permanent IT members help support approximately 2800 computers. In addition IT supports approximately 70 multi-platform servers located at fifteen district sites.
