School board chooses three finalists for Superintendent

The Board of Education has moved all three semi-finalist candidates for Superintendent forward to the finalist phase of the process. On Saturday, June 7, the school board interviewed Rick Williams of Texas, Angela Lunda of Alaska and Mark Miller of California. The three finalists will attend a public meet and greet reception on Sunday, June 8, from 3:00 – 5:00 Savikko Shelter 1. Written comments will be accepted for the Board’s review.

The Board will interview the finalists on Monday, June 9, beginning at 1:00 PM at Thunder Mountain High School Library.  This session will be open to the public with opportunities for public members to comment in writing.  The School Board expects to make its final decision that afternoon.
