We need your input! Please join us for a presentation of Secondary English/Language Arts Curricular Materials. Publishers from Springboard and Mcdougal Littell will be in town to present information about the materials and answer questions from staff, parents and community members.

Presentations will be held from 4:15 - 5:45 pm in the Juneau-Douglas High School Library.
        Springboard:  Wednesday, March 27
        Mcdougal Littell:  Thursday, March 28

The Juneau School District is currently looking at refreshing our secondary English/language arts materials for grades 6-12. The last curriculum adoption took place in 2003. Since that time, we have adopted new, more rigorous standards and need to update our materials to support staff in teaching to these challenging standards.

Teachers chose to explore these two options further, and we would like feedback from staff, parents and our community about the materials. Feedback forms will be available at each event.

If you are unable to attend, you can still view the presentations, ask questions and provide us with your feedback!

The presentations will be filmed live and recorded.
